  • What happened after William won the Battle of Hastings.

You will:

  • Stand on the acknowledged position of the Anglo-Saxon shield wall
  • Walk the perimeter of the battlefield (weather permitting)
  • View the place where King Harold was killed
  • View the Abbey ruins

Customisable:
10am start time can be changed to - any time between 9.30am and 11am
Mobility - The battlefield permeter walk is unsuitable for wheelchair users (details of the battle explained overlooking the battlefield)
