What you can expect

Day 1: Hanoi – Lan Ha Bay – Sunset Party – Cooking Class

Start your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Travel to Halong Bay and arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour. Board the Doris Cruise and enjoy a welcome drink as you meet the captain and crew.

Savour a Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian set menu lunch while cruising through the magnificent Halong – Lan Ha Bay. Admire the fascinating rock formations and continue cruising through Con Vit Islet, Thumb Islet, and Gia Luan Harbour.

Discover the natural lagoon area of Lan Ha Bay. Drop anchor for swimming or sunbathing on the cruise. Arrive at Ba Trai Dao Islet and kayak under the guidance of your tour guide. Swim or sunbathe on the cruise.

Head back to the sleeping area and participate in a sunset party. Take photos and relax. Join a cooking class guided by the chef of Doris Cruise and practice making Vietnamese traditional dishes like spring rolls.

Enjoy a buffet BBQ dinner featuring special seafood and Vietnamese cuisine. Spend the evening playing games, fishing for squid, relaxing with a massage, or simply enjoying the night on the cruise.

Day 2: Tai Chi – Breakfast – Cycling at Viet Hai Village – Van Boi Beach – Sunset Party

Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sun deck. Enjoy a light breakfast with panoramic views of the world heritage site. Relax and take in the amazing views of Lan Ha Bay as the boat continues cruising.

Transfer to the daily boat and head to Viet Hai Village. Take a bicycle ride to enjoy the gorgeous scenery along the village roads. Visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people. Return to the day boat and continue cruising in Lan Ha Bay.

Return to the main cruise and enjoy lunch with a beautiful view. Arrive at Van Boi Beach for swimming or kayaking. See a fish farm at the typical Lan Ha Bay floating village. Enjoy a sunset party on the cruise.

Return to the Doris Cruise and take time to refresh or play some short games. Enjoy a special seafood and Vietnamese dinner on the cruise. After dinner, relax with a large selection of cocktails at the bar, wine, and cigars cellar, or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Participate in on-board activities like squid fishing or watching films in the restaurant.

Day 3: Lan Ha Bay – Tai Chi Lesson – Dark and Bright Cave – Hanoi

Start your day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck. Enjoy breakfast with a morning view of the bay’s landscape. Sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi). Explore the cave on a local bamboo boat rowed by locals.

Return to your cabin, relax, and check your luggage before leaving. Check out from your private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay. Savour your last buffet lunch on the Doris Cruise.

Disembark at Tuan Chau Harbour and say goodbye to the crew. Return to Hanoi by luxury limousine, arriving in the afternoon.
