Activity itinerary

You will learn how to make Belgian pralines and mendiants. We teach you how to temper the chocolate, work with the chocolate moulds, make the ganache, and prepare the pralines from start to finish. You also get to drink hot chocolate while we wait for your creations to be ready to take away. We offer a nice selection of nuts and dried fruits for the mendiants, and a variety of fillings for the pralines in addition to the ganache. We also offer vegan options, you just have to request them upon arrival.
