What you can expect

  • With this tour, you will have a chance to visit all the specialist sites of Ninh Binh such a: Hoa Lu ancient capital with 2 famous temples of Dinh and Le Dynasty. Then you will have 2 hours boating trip in Tam Coc beautiful landscape. After that, take a short cycling trip to discover the daily life of local people. On the second day, you will get on sampan boat again for Trang An landscape and visit the biggest pagoda of Vietnam named Bai Dinh.

    DAY 1: HA NOI – HOA LU - TAM COC (L,D)

    7:30 – 8:30 Tourguide will pick you up at your hotel then depart for ancient citadel of Hoa Lu (90km south of Hanoi).
    11:00 Visit temples dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang (923-979) and Le Dai Hanh (941-1005)
    12:00 Continue bus drive to Tam Coc for lunch.
    13:30 Board on sampans to visit Tam Coc (Three caves). The boat trip through enormous limestone karsts jutting out from the green rice fields leave a good memory.
    15:30 Finishing 2 hours on sampan, check in hotel. Relax in hotel after long day of activity.
    17:00 Dinner at your hotel and stay overnight in Ninh Binh.

    DAY 2: BAI DINH – TRANG AN - HA NOI (B,L)

    7:30 – 8:30 Have breakfast at hotel
    10:30 Depart for Bai Dinh pagoda and Trang An eco-tourism site. Have short break en-route to free your legs. Arrive in Buddha Sanctuary place of Bai Dinh pagoda, the biggest one in Vietnam.
    12:30 Have lunch in a restaurant with local special dishes including goat meat.
    13:30 Visit Trang An ecological tourist site with a boat trip through cave chains: Lam cave, Thanh Truot cave with 3 spiritual places (Cao Son temple, Suoi Tien temple, Vu Lam Historic Area) and an exciting “ Kong – Skull Island” film studio.
    16:30 Transfer to Ha Noi
    18:00 Arrival Ha Noi. End of trip.
