Upon arrival, enjoy lunch first, then spend some leisure time to explore Tangmo Scenic Spot. Perched at the foot of Mt. Huangshan, Tangmo Village is a typical spot to explore the Huizhou dwellings culture. Tangmo Village was constructed originally in the Tang Dynasty and reached its height of prosperity in both the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties as the most representative garden village designed with feng shui principles in Huizhou. Upon arrival, follow your tour guide to admire the age-old pavilions at its entrance, stroll around the streets paralleling winding rivers with Anhui-style residential houses scattered along both banks, explore different shops along the street. Explore the Tang Gan Yuan Garden which was built by a rich man for his mother. After the tour finished, you can choose to end your tour in Huangshan or return Xiamen.
