Guests can take a stroll through the city centre, enjoy a coffee, or simply soak in the alpine scenery. This stop is flexible and can be a quick visit, allowing more time for other adventures.

Lake Brienz

Refreshing Swim Stop Take a break and cool off with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Brienz, known for its stunning turquoise colour and serene surroundings. This peaceful lake, nestled among the Swiss Alps, offers the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak in the natural beauty of the region. Grimsel Pass

Alpine Mountain Adventure After our visit to Berner Oberland, we’ll journey through the majestic Grimsel World, a high mountain pass offering panoramic views of rugged peaks and glacial landscapes. The scenic drive will take us through some of the most dramatic terrains in Switzerland. Grimsel Pass is only open from June until October, depending on the amount of snowfall. In some years, it may open earlier or later, based on the weather conditions.

Furka Pass

Next, we’ll drive through the legendary Furka Pass, famous for its breathtaking vistas. Here, you’ll have the unique opportunity to explore the Ice Cave, an impressive glacier tunnel that lets you step into the heart of the ice, providing a one-of-a-kind experience.

Return to Lucerne from Kriens Once in Kriens, a short bus or tram ride will bring you back to the heart of Lucerne, where your Golden Return comes to a close. You’ll return with unforgettable memories of Switzerland’s most iconic mountain excursion.

As an alternative to the Golden Return to Mount Pilatus, we may visit Mount Titlis instead. This option offers a unique alpine experience, taking you to the top of the spectacular Titlis Glacier. With breathtaking views and thrilling attractions like the famous Titlis Rotair, the world’s first rotating cable car, you'll be immersed in stunning panoramic sights. You can explore the Ice Cave, walk across the highest suspension bridge in Europe, or simply enjoy the snow all year round. Please note, this is an alternative to the Pilatus Golden Return, and guests will experience one or the other, but not both.
