We are the first and the only ones to hold courses on saponification on the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Peninsula! The workshop will be held in our cosmetic laboratory a stone's throw from Sorrento in an oasis of peace and greenery surrounded by citrus groves. We will teach you step by step how to make natural soap starting from scratch and acquiring the technique that will allow you to create your own handmade soap at home whenever you want. No prior knowledge is required to participate in the course. We'll explain how to recognise the best ingredients, how to formulate different types of soap; all made through the traditional cold saponification process which involves the use of caustic soft drink, butters and vegetable oils (primarily our organic extra virgin olive oil). At the end of the course you will be able to start experimenting with different types of soap at home, varying the ingredients, perfumes, herbs, spices and natural colours and above all start a journey of zero waste self-production in total respect for the skin and the environment! Warning, making soap can be addictive and unleash your creativity!
