Please ask coach drivers not to use Coach Bays 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East. These are for shuttle services only. Use other bays for drop-off and parking to avoid delays.
Sealion and Penguin habitats will be closed for renovation from 15 July 2024 until 2027.
Opening hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm (last entry at 5:00pm)
Last tram from Station 1 at 5:30pm.
Tickets are for foreign visitors; ID may be required when redeeming.

What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Each pass allows a one-time entry to each selected park.
- The ticket is valid only on the date selected during booking.
- Children aged 3 to 12 years require a child ticket.
- Children below 3 years enter for free with valid ID for verification.
- Seniors aged 60 and above qualify for senior admission rates.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled.
- Personal photography is allowed. However, using photos/videos for commercial purposes is not permitted.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
