What you can expect

  • The safari continues to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive and see a high concentration of wildlife. Travel by safari vehicle with an experienced professional driver-guide who will share insights about the wildlife and ecosystems. Stay in comfortable tented camps and lodges, including Shuhudia Luxury Tented Camp and Ngorongoro Safari Lodge.

    Day 1 — Arusha to Tarangire National Park
    Meet your professional driver-guide at your accommodation in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive through the park, known for its elephants, baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Look for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, antelopes, and birds. Enjoy lunch before continuing your game drive, then proceed to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 2 — Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
    After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park through the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania. Enter the park and enjoy a game drive across its famous plains, looking for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles, buffaloes, and other wildlife. Continue towards your accommodation and enjoy dinner before an overnight stay in the Serengeti.

    Day 3 — Serengeti to Ngorongoro
    Enjoy an early breakfast followed by a morning game drive in Serengeti, when wildlife is often active. Arrive at your accommodation and relax for the evening.

    Day 4 — Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

With favourable conditions, you may also spot the endangered black rhino. Enjoy lunch before ascending from the crater and returning to Arusha. Your safari ends with drop-off at your accommodation or another agreed location.
