The relaxation break is a 5 day & 4 night programme, intended for relaxation and/or to re-establish a connection between your body and mind, to reduce tension and giving you the chance to restore your balance.

You will engage in relaxing activities that help you let go of tension and worries, such as sound bath therapies, mindfulness or yoga practices, and luxurious massages that improve blood flow and make you feel rejuvenated. You will begin each morning with a body scan and light stretching while feeling calm and at ease. By mentally going over your entire body, you become conscious of every area and notice any areas of pain, stress, or general discomfort. To better understand and control your body, the objective is to get you aware of it.

Your hotel is a a small 4-star hotel Tigaiga, located in the green Taoro park, with breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty, such as the Ocean, the mount Teide and the green park, as well as the city of Puerto de la Cruz. Hotel Tigaiga offers a tranquil retreat for guests seeking an authentic and sustainable experience. You will have a private room with a terrace.

You will have therapeutic and calming massages in the afternoon and evening to relieve your tension and sense of stress. A wonderful way to end your days feeling refreshed and rested. The last evening you will enjoy a Sound bath therapy, given with a massage. These are live tibetan sound healing practices, proven for their wellbeing effects.

The location is Tenerife's green and genuine northern region, which is renowned for its peace and authenticity on the island.

We will take care from the beginning to the end, and as soon as you reach the island we will pick you up at the airport to greet you :)
