Hosted in a venue renowned for its selection of wines and regional products, you will enjoy a guided tasting that brings together knowledge, quality produce, and tradition.

The experience features a tasting of three Galician wines from different denominations of origin, selected to showcase the diversity and character of Galicia’s vineyards. Each wine is presented with a clear and approachable explanation of its origin, production process, and sensory profile.

The pairing highlights some of the region’s most emblematic flavours:
    • A selection of Galician cheeses, with insight into the origin and distinctive characteristics of each variety.
    • Traditional Galician empanada, an icon of local cuisine and a key element of the region’s culinary culture.
    • Octopus, the undisputed star of Galician gastronomy, served as the highlight of the tasting.

Lasting approximately 90 minutes, this experience is designed for those who wish to understand Galicia through two of its defining hallmarks: wine and gastronomy, shared from the knowledge and proximity of those who live and breathe them every day.

Ideal for travellers seeking an authentic, unhurried and high-quality introduction to Galician culture, set within a historic environment and centred around outstanding local products.
