What you can expect

Take a walk in a charming and little-known place in Aix-en-Provence: the Montaiguet hill in the heart of the garrigue surrounded by Aleppo pines. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, the Sainte-Baume, the Roquefavour aqueduct and the star chain.

Along the way, your guide will show you the aromatic plants used to distil pastis: calamus mint, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, etc.

Then, we'll visit the GARAGAÏ distillery to understand the distillation and maceration process.

Finally, you'll taste different pastis, absinthe, and syrups with plants produced on site, accompanied by goat and/or sheep cheese.
