This guided experience introduces you to Ethiopia’s most iconic dishes. Sample richly spiced fava beans and chebchebsa, enjoy charcoal-grilled ribs cooked over open flames, and tear into soft injera topped with beyaynetu, a colourful selection of traditional vegetarian dishes. You’ll also try regional specialities like duba quanta, roasted qolo, and Ethiopia’s famous spiced raw beef.

No Ethiopian meal is complete without a tradional buna coffee ceremony, where you’ll see how coffee is roasted, brewed, in one of the world’s oldest coffee cultures.
