This cooking class takes you to an Ethiopian local home kitchen where you learn and then bake Ethiopian staple food called Injeraa, type of foam-textured pancake that comes in three different coloured varieties: white, brown and red. The dough for Injera is fermented for three days before it is cooked, hence the texture and a slightly sour taste. Side by side you engage in cooking the popular Ethiopian stew known as Shiro wot (spicy puréed chickpeas). Then after, you will make a coffee with freshly roasted coffee beans with the help of your host.
