- Tours finishes: Victoria train station Victoria Street, London SW1E 5ND
- Children and babies under the age of 5 are not permitted
- All menus are subject to variations. Teas may be seasonally themed on certain dates, for example Valentines, Mother's Day, Easter and Halloween
- Our buses have a fully wheelchair accessible table on the lower deck. Please contact us prior to bookings to ensure availability on selected date and time
- Premium seating is located on the upper deck, either in the front row or in front of the stairs

- Buckingham Palace State Rooms (if selected): Visit to Buckingham Palace State Rooms is taken independently upon conclusion of the Afternoon Tea Bus Tour. Entry to Buckingham Palace State Rooms is at 4:15 PM
- Mobility Access at Buckingham Palace: Unfortunately we are unable to take bookings that include Buckingham Palace for guests requiring wheelchair or step free access
