Know before you book

What you can expect

Proceed to a remote urban village on the outskirts of the City, where on arrival you will visit a 1700-year-old temple. Completing the visit drive to Millaniya Village & enjoy a “Tuk Tuk” ride & witness rubber plantations, paddy fields, observe local village life and visit a traditional village home. You'll also walk through the village, and may have an opportunity to interact with the villagers as well.

Thereafter Arrive to agropark millaniya (It’s an award-winning one of the best-consolidated farm in Sri Lanka, the best farmer in Sri Lanka – 2016)

At Agro Park, visitors can experience followings,

Traditional welcome by playing rabbana

Visit tea, cinnamon, coconut, pineapple plantation

Farm fresh welcome drink – fresh pineapple or papaya juice

Cinnamon peeling process

Use of coconut, coconut scraping, milk-making, coconut Cadjans making demonstration

Traditional and modern agricultural practices

Sri Lanka’s largest banana gene bank, which conserves 70 different types of bananas.
