Put on your hiking boots, wear comfortable sports trousers and don't forget your litre of water. We will show you the rest.

At the meeting point there are bars and cafes nearby in case you need to buy something last minute or go to the toilet.

Then in your vehicles we will drive to the starting point of the activity, about 30 minutes away. The road is good for cars and there is good parking and a recreational area at the starting point.

If you decide to arrive at the meeting point by taxi, we will then have to continue in vehicles to the starting point so it is important that you let us know in advance, so that we can check if there are free places in our vehicle to take you.

Please note that although it is Tenerife, we are going to a mountainous area and sometimes it can be cold or very hot.
