In the heart of the Occitanie region, close to Toulouse, the Tarn is anchored in the great gastronomy of South Western France. Duck, Lacaune charcuterie, Gaillac wines, and cheeses are just a few of the local specialities.

Join a local guide on a gourmet walk created especially for you. Discover the delights of the region and let yourself be seduced by the richness of the gastronomic heritage.

Stroll through the streets of old Albi, a magnificent city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its Sainte Cécile Cathedral, the largest brick cathedral in the world.

Open the doors of artisan chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and other gourmet and unexpected brands, with a secret address to finish in style around a friendly aperitif.

Take a fun, friendly culinary journey punctuated with anecdotes.

The activity starts in front by the Tourist Office, in front of the Cathedral's square. Expect a 2h30 to 3hours tour with tastings included. Please not that this do not replace a full meal. Let us know if you have dietary restrictions or allergies. Every Thursday and Saturday at 5pm from May to October. Don't forget your bottle of water and a hat during summer !
