    The Alcazaba Monumental Complex was designed as a defensive building located within the city of Almería, exactly to the north of the Historic Quarter.

What you can expect

We'll get to know the Monumental Complex of the Alcazaba. Its 1000 years of history. We'll review its past and present through the different cultures that have used this magnificent monument.
We'll tour these three sites, which include two Muslim and one Christian enclosure. There, we'll review the history of each one, their construction, and what role the buildings played in different historical stages.
We'll go into the cisterns, the Arab houses, and the troop baths. Also, for the first time since 2023, you'll have access to the Torre del Homenaje. And on the other hand, access to the Wall of the Candle has been reopened, so you'll have a fantastic panoramic view of the city and the Alcazaba Monumental Complex.
