This sensory wine experience invites you to discover Alentejo wines through aroma recognition and tasting, in a guided and interactive format at Quinta da Plansel.

During the experience, you will taste three wines while exploring a set of prepared aroma samples, specially selected to represent the typical aromatic profiles of each grape variety when grown in the Alentejo region. Before tasting each wine, you will be invited to smell these aromas, helping you understand how climate, grape variety and terroir shape the wine’s character.

With guidance, you will then taste the wine and learn how to identify these aromas and sensations in the glass, developing a deeper awareness of wine structure, balance and expression. This experience is designed to be engaging and accessible, suitable for both curious beginners and wine enthusiasts.
