Escape the city and discover Prangli Island, one of the few inhabited islands in northern Estonia and one of the top 10 islands to visit in Estonia.
Your day begins with a drive to Leppneeme harbour, followed by a ferry ride across the Baltic Sea. After about one hour, you arrive on Prangli Island, known for its peaceful atmosphere, fishing traditions, and untouched coastal landscapes. With over 600 years of continuous settlement, Prangli offers a rare glimpse into traditional island life in Estonia.
Upon arrival, you will join a guided island tour by open-top lorry or jeep, lasting approximately 2.5 hours. During the tour, you explore authentic seaside villages, a small wooden church, a nature reserve, and a unique natural gas source. Along the way, you will hear stories about local life, history, and traditions.
After the guided tour, enjoy a lunch break at a local café or restaurant, often featuring simple island-style dishes (please inform us in advance about any dietary requirements).
In the afternoon, you have free time to explore the island at your own pace. You can walk along sandy beaches, visit the harbour area, rent a bicycle, or simply enjoy the quiet coastal surroundings.
In the late afternoon, you return to the mainland by ferry, followed by a transfer back to Tallinn.
This tour includes return transport from Tallinn, ferry tickets, guided island tour, transport on the island, and lunch.
Tours run daily from April to October (except Thursdays). In the low season, tours are available on request.
