What you can expect

Meet your host (Olga or Maciej) at Interlaken Ost train station and travel together towards the mountains.

The journey itself is part of the experience, a scenic ride by train and cable car takes you up to Männlichen, a panoramic alpine area above the Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald valleys.

If you are staying in Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen, you don’t need to travel to Interlaken. We will arrange a more convenient meeting point for you at the local train station.

From the top, a short, easy walk brings you to a quiet spot with open views of the surrounding peaks. Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

Here, you’ll be guided through a slow and grounding yoga session, suitable for all levels, followed by breathwork and a deeply relaxing sound healing session with Tibetan singing bowls. This experience is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect without physical effort or pressure.

To finish, we’ll share a warm herbal tea and a small selection of local alpine cheese. Simple, grounding moment before returning.
