Meet up at Åndalsnes Train Station - located next to the Romsdalen gondola station. A local guide will give you an introduction to snowshoeing and help you get fully equipped with snowshoes and sticks, all prepared for a unique experience. When the group is ready, step into Norway's longest gondola and enjoy the 5-minute long ride to the top of mount Nesaksla with 360 degree views.
Tighten your snowshoes and step into the white powder! The tour starts slowly and the guide will make sure everyone is comfortable with their equipment. You will be taken to the best photo spots, and you can enjoy the sights of both the Romsdalen Fjord, Rauma River and sharp mountains like Vengetind, Trolltindene and Loftskarstind.

Afterwards, you can warm up in the cosy armosphere of Eggen Restaurant 708 m. Here you will be served a hot drink; either tea, coffee or hot chocolate. You can stay as long as you want, and take the gondola down at your own time. The gondola departs every full and half hour.
