Your Apple Strudel & Austrian Pastries Masterclass takes place in our light-filled studio on the top floor of a beautiful historic villa — right by Mozart's Bridge, with panoramic views of Hohensalzburg Fortress and the Old Town. At your own workstation, you'll learn the secrets of authentic Austrian apple strudel — from stretching the dough paper-thin without tearing it to filling and rolling your strudel to perfection. No prior baking experience needed — we'll guide you every step of the way. And there's more: you'll also create one of our favourite Austrian pastries together — a second little masterpiece to enjoy warm alongside your strudel. Finally, sit back and enjoy your freshly baked creations: warm apple strudel served with vanilla ice cream, your homemade pastry, and those beautiful Salzburg views.
