Your baking adventure takes place in our light-filled studio on the top floor of a beautiful historic villa – right by Mozart's Bridge, with panoramic views of Hohensalzburg Fortress and the Old Town. At your own workstation, you'll learn the secrets of authentic Austrian strudel dough – how to stretch it paper-thin without tearing, how to fill and roll it perfectly. No prior experience needed – just enthusiasm! While your strudel bakes, we'll also prepare a lovely Austrian pastry of the day together. Then it's time to sit back, enjoy your creations warm from the oven – and soak up one of the most stunning views in Salzburg.
