What you can expect

I will pick you up at 2:45 a.m. from your hotel in Arequipa, then we will travel for 3 hours to reach Chivay for breakfast. Afterwards, we will begin the activities: visiting the Colca Canyon, condor watching (depending on the season), a 1-hour hike along the canyon rim, followed by a visit to the Yanque Hot Springs. We will then return to Chivay for lunch and make the return trip to Arequipa, with stops at an elevation of 4,900 metres (16,076 feet) to see the Andean mountain range and the Llama and Alpaca Habitat National Reserve. The tour ends around 5:00 pm near Plaza de Armas.
