Sitting at our shared table, you'll wear aprons and chef hats and mingle with fellow travellers while starting with the art of sealing traditional Argentine empanadas using various 'repulga' techniques - finished with a competition! The four-course menu commences, showcasing homemade local delicacies from across Argentina, of course with the bife de lomo (tenderloin), served with several sides, and starters.

The tasting experience features beloved dishes such as empanadas, chorizo, matambre, grilled provoleta cheese, steak, and more, thoughtfully paired with three distinct wine selections. We end the evening by explaining the intricacies of Yerba Mate, a traditional hot tea drink steeped in ritual, etiquette, and history, complemented by homemade alfajores.
