This canyoning tour in the middle of the Arouca Geopark takes you along the crystal-clear waters of the Rio Frades. You can swim in the natural pools, jump from cliffs into deep river waters, as well as rappelling down waterfalls.
But don't worry, all jumps are optional and can be avoided if you don't dare to jump. If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, you can also try higher jumps.
