What you can expect

Begin your adventure at Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station and head to the trailhead at Koza Falls. From there, embark on a thrilling hike through the Rock Garden, a rugged rocky area that offers a taste of rock climbing.

As you climb, keep an eye out for wild boars, a common sight in the area. Reach the summit of Kazafuki Rock, standing at 447 metres, and take in the breathtaking 360-degree views of Ashiya City, Osaka Bay, and Abeno Harukas which is the highest building in West Japan.

Continue your hike to Higashi Otakufu Mountain(697 metres), known for its rare grassy summit. Enjoy panoramic views of the Rokko Mountains and the Hanshin area.

You must try their famous, freshly-made Juwari Soba and the delicious Dashimaki Tamago at Muragen soba restaurant in hidden gem.

Finally, return to Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station by bus, concluding your unforgettable hiking adventure.
