What you can expect

  • The tour departs at 9:30 AM from the Marina di Stintino Tourist Harbour. (Motorboat Alcor)
    The crossing takes approximately 25 minutes.
    Once you board the motorboat, your guide will be waiting for you, and the excursion will begin once you arrive on the island. You will be taken to discover the island in all its forms: fauna, flora and history.
    The tour mainly consists of travelling along the island's only road: a paved road of about 25 km. Along the route, there will be various stops at points of interest. There will be a stop for swimming at Cala Sabina, one of the most beautiful accessible beaches, and a lunch stop. (We recommend bringing a packed lunch.)

    During the tour, you can enjoy a wonderful aperitif with local products offered by us.

    You can also visit the CRAMA Sea Turtle Centre (admission €3.00 per person) and the Osservatorio della Memoria, a former prison annex in Cala d'Oliva (free admission).
    During the excursion, you will take dirt roads off the beaten track to see animals in the wild, such as donkeys, horses, goats, wild boars and mouflon.

    You'll arrive back at the harbour in Stintino at around 5:00 PM.
