    You will learn to knead fresh pasta as our grandmothers did, and you will be guided by an excellent Cesarina who will teach you this ancient art. It is a fun and educational opportunity to share with your family or friends… and why not, even on your own!

    You will learn how to roll two types of fresh pasta by hand:

    • Fettuccine
    • Orecchiette or Ravioli or Strozzapreti

    Also included is a food tasting of the pasta prepared at the end of the class and a welcome aperitif with local cheeses, salami, olive oil, and wine.
