Know before you book

  • Specialised infant seats are available
  • Not recommended for travellers with spinal injuries
  • Not recommended for pregnant travellers
  • Not recommended for travellers with poor cardiovascular health

  • When making the reservation, please provide the full names of all participants exactly as they appear on their passport or ID. The names will be checked at the museum entrance. If the details do not match, the museum may refuse entry to the memorial site.
  • Before the tour, the tour operator will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the final meeting point. If you are not sure which meeting point is closest to your accommodation, we will be happy to advise you on the most convenient location. The exact pickup time will be provided one day before the tour.
  • All entrance tickets are arranged in advance by the tour operator as part of a group reservation with the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. For this reason, ticket availability shown on the official museum website for individual visitors does not apply, as organised groups are booked from a separate ticket allocation. According to museum regulations, all tickets are personalised, and the tour operator must submit the full list of participants with their names when making the reservation. Once the list has been submitted, changes are very limited and usually only a small number of corrections can be made for the entire group. The exact entry time to the museum is assigned by the museum after the group reservation has been processed, based on availability at that moment. Because of this procedure, the originally selected tour start time may change and can be scheduled at any available visiting time on that day. For this reason, we kindly recommend not booking this tour on the day of your arrival or departure, as changes to the start time could affect your ability to participate in the tour.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
  • This activity is provided by a professional trader (a party acting within their trade, business or profession).
