This culinary experience will teach you how to cook like a local.Our experienced cooks will show you how to cook the main staple dish of Senegal,Jollof Rice With Fish and for the Vegan lovers Vegan Jollof Rice. Fish will be used to prepare the Jollof Rice,with vegetables ie(Carrots,Aubergine,Okra,Spinach,& Cabbage). For the Vegans it will be made with the same vegetables,excluding the fish.For groups of 7 and more we serve complimentary starters. Water and Bissap “Sorrel Juice” is provided to solo travellers and groups. It’s also important that you Let us know if you would like an English speaking host or a French speaking host. As a parting gift you will be gifted with a Souvenir to remember the beautiful country of Senegal.
