Step inside a historic 19th-century winery and learn about the winemaking process directly from the producer, who will guide you through the traditions and techniques behind each bottle.

During the visit, you’ll be introduced to our 3 ageing methods—amphora, French oak barrels, and stainless steel—which shape the distinctive character of our wines. You’ll explore our macerated white wine made from three native grape varieties and our cru red wine crafted from Primitivo grapes.

The experience concludes with a tasting of our wines paired with a selection of local specialities thoughtfully chosen to enhance their flavours.

You can also add the vineyard option to your experience. In this case, the tour begins with a visit to a private vineyard just outside Locorotondo, led by a member of our staff. Please note that you will need your own vehicle to reach the vineyard.
