From delicate aromas to rich umami and crisp finishes, discover the variety of flavours that make sake such an important part of Japanese food culture. 【Taste & Compare 5 Premium Sake】 Sample five carefully selected sakes from across Japan, comparing floral aromas, rich umami, and crisp finishes — paired with Japanese bites chosen to bring out each one's character. Vegan and allergy-friendly options are available on request. Take home a sake tasting cheat sheet to guide your future choices. 【A Philosopher's Toast 】 JURAKU sits in Nishijin, the Kyoto area where philosopher and art historian Taichiro Kobayashi (1901-1963) once lived and worked. Raise your glass in the same quiet corner of Nishijin that shaped his thinking, away from Kyoto's busiest tourist areas. 【Create a Personalised Journey】 Want to discover more of Japanese culture?
