What you can expect

  • Departure by vehicle from Plaza de Armas in Ayacucho at 10:00 a.m. to the slot canyons. Before starting the trek through the depths of the Qorihuillca Canyons, you will put on the necessary gear to enter the crevices, as some sections do not receive sunlight; therefore, you will need to use a torch. The approximate duration of the loop is 45 minutes. Finally, the return will be along the top of the canyon to where the vehicle is located.
    At approximately 1:00 PM, we will return to the city of Ayacucho.
