What you can expect

  • We spend time in Vietnam's countryside on a morning or afternoon guided tour from Hoi An. Enjoy a bamboo boat through a dense coconut palm forest on a traditional bamboo basket boat. Learn how to prepare Vietnamese food and savour your work during a cooking class.

  • First, paddle through the water coconut palms aboard a bamboo basket boat for 40 minutes. Learn how to catch tiny crabs, watch the local fisher man perform throw a fishing net in the middle of the jungle, listen to some folk songs and be spun on the boat.

  • Learn how to cook Vietnamese food: Bánh cuốn (Vietnamese steamed rice paper rolls), Bánh Xèo (Hoian rice pancakes), Phở (beef noodles), and Chè (sweet bean soup) as you prepare your own lunch or dinner.
