After you disembark, walk or take the trolley from the ship to the terminal building until you reach the entrance arch. 2. Stay on the right hand side and walk passing the shops towards the exit to the street. The shortest way out of the shopping plaza is under the tower. 3. When you cross port security you will be out on Costa Maya main street where you will meet a representative of our company holding a sign with your name on it.

What you can expect

You will be picked up outside of the Costa Maya cruise ship port complex and you’ll step aboard our air conditioned vehicle that will take you to our beautiful marina right on the Bacalar Lagoon.

As soon as we get to Bacalar we’ll cruise out in our private Catamaran for relaxation and pampering by our attentive crew as you take in captivating views of Bacalar that will leave you breathless, where you will have the opportunity to splash in the clear waters of this stunning lagoon. As soon as we start our adventure in the lagoon you’ll be amazed by the different shades of blue and understand why is frequently referred as the 7 colour lagoon. During the tour our captain will prepare a delicious and healthy fruit snack that will be perfect for the occasion.

After we are done with our catamaran tour we will take you to our favourite restaurant to enjoy some delicious and authentic Mexican tacos (pork, beef or shrimp) served along guacamole. (We have vegetarian and vegan options upon request).

After a day of fun and exploration in the lagoon we will take you back to port to board your ship on time.
