We'll start our e-bike tour in Bad Reichenhall at your desired location.
Depending on the starting point, we'll ride along the Saalach via Karlstein and the Eisenbichler farm up the first curved hills with phenomenal views of the Zwiesel, the Hochstaufen, and the Reichenhall valley basin. The cows around us share this awesome view with us. Here you might have the option for the first selfie with a cow and mountain ;-)
We'll continue uphill on a shady forest path to the beautiful Thumsee, one of the most beautiful and cleanest mountain and swimming lakes in Upper Bavaria. The beer garden right on the lake invites you to a cool refreshment and a dip in the crystal clear lake.
Refreshed and strengthened, we then head uphill through the forest towards Listsee and the Niederalm. A magnificent view over the Reichenhall valley basin rewards us at our next stop. A short refreshment and then it's downhill and through the Nonner Oberland with an optional stop at the “farm shop” of the Flatscherhof. You can buy local specialities (sausage, cheese, etc.) here.
Then we'll head along the Saalach to the Staufenbrücke. The trail offers many great views of the Predigstuhl and the sleeping witch as well as the Untersberg. If you like, you can take a short drink break at the Staufenbrücke beer garden.
Finally, we'll take a little detour to the beautiful sunny half-height above Reichenhall to Bayerisch Gmain and enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama to the fullest.
The return trip to Reichenhall then leads us to the final point of the tour, the Wieninger Schwabenbräu beer garden at the end of the Reichenhall pedestrian zone. Our tour ends here with a cosy “zamsitz'n.”
