The experience begins with vintage wines that are fresh and shaped by the Atlantic influence, followed by more structured and complex reserve wines that showcase the potential of the local grape varieties. Each wine is paired with cheeses and regional products carefully selected to enhance its aromas and characteristics. Throughout the tasting, interesting facts about the producers, the grape varieties, and the region will be shared.
