Know before you book
- The VIP fast-track includes meet-and-greet service and Premium Lane service at the airport.
- Option of Transit Fast Track Arrival is applicable for those with checked baggage through to their final destination. (Price does not apply if you need to collect luggage during Transit and check it back in for the next flight.).
- MUST advise Flight Details at time of booking
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
- Please be reminded that all travellers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
