Know before you book

    • Works with eSIM compatible, unlocked phones: iPhone XS or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer. Check: dial *#06# - if you see an EID, your phone supports eSIM.
    • At sea, coverage depends on the ship position and distance to the nearest mobile tower. Works in ports and coastal areas.
    • One eSIM per phone. Buying for family or friends: select the number of travellers.
    • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
    • This activity is provided by a professional trader (a party acting within their trade, business or profession).

What you can expect

  • IMPORTANT: After installing, set the eSIM as your mobile data line and turn ON Data Roaming for the eSIM. Keep data roaming OFF on your home SIM, so your phone does not connect to the expensive ship network. Need help: WhatsApp +448007074044 or support@rentnconnect.com

IMPORTANT - at sea: coverage depends on the ship position and its distance to the nearest mobile tower. The eSIM works in ports and coastal areas and reconnects automatically when the ship is back in range.

One eSIM for your whole Mediterranean cruise. Skip expensive ship Wi-Fi packages and carrier roaming. Get online in every port for maps, WhatsApp, social media and booking your shore excursions.

Coverage: 41 European countries including Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Malta and Turkey.

    How it works:

    1. Book and receive your QR code by email within minutes. Please check your spam folder too.
    2. Install it at home on Wi-Fi before you sail.
    3. At your first port, select the eSIM for mobile data and turn ON Data Roaming for the eSIM line.
The plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a local network.

Travelling with family or friends: one eSIM works on one phone. Simply select the number of travellers to get an eSIM for each phone.

Good to know: data only, no phone number, calls or SMS. WhatsApp calls work. Support: WhatsApp +448007074044 or support@rentnconnect.com
