Start your true freediving journey with academic sessions to gain an introductory but more advanced knowledge of breath hold diving physiology, special breathing techniques, and in-water safety.

Receive in-water training in both confined water and open water to learn how to freedive with a certified buddy down to a depth of 5 metres.
