Whether you're a complete beginner or want to go beyond a simple introduction, this course will let you discover freediving safely with a certification recognised worldwide.

During this 4-hour experience, you'll learn to breathe differently, relax, and move underwater without a tank, listening to your body and managing your sensations.

The training is supervised by a French-speaking SSI instructor who will help you discover the discipline in a friendly atmosphere and in a small group.

The training starts with a detailed theoretical session, where you'll learn the basics of free diving:

• conscious breathing,
• relaxation techniques,
• the physiology of the body during free diving,
• the essential safety rules.

This part prepares you mentally and gives you the knowledge you need to move serenely underwater.

After this introduction, you'll move on to practice in a protected swimming area or in shallow sea.

You'll do breathing and relaxation exercises, and guided immersions tailored to your level.

This course will help you acquire concrete skills and enjoy a different aquatic experience, where consultation, self-control, and connection with the water are at the heart of the activity. You'll discover an incomparable feeling of freedom in a relaxed and safe atmosphere.

At the end of the session, you'll receive an SSI BASIC FREEDIVING certification card allowing you to practice freediving with a more qualified or professional SSI diver in environments and at depths equivalent to your training.
