9AM Pick up from your Brussels hotel and drive to Namur, the capital of Wallonia. Picture stop at the Citadel, a military fortress located at the top of the hill with amazing views overlooking the town and the Meuse valley. On the way, your driver-guide * will tell you about Belgium, about the Ardens and Wallonia. You will have a good introduction to the region, its culture, geography and history. Proceed to Bastogne and stop for lunch (not included) on the Mc Aulif square. We then go to the forest “Bois Saint Jacques” and walk around the “FoxHoles”. Proceed to the Mardasson Memorial and the War Museum. The self-guided tour through the museum is highly interactive. Here you will step back in time and experience the reality of the Battle of the Bulge. From the causes of the Battle to its dramatic consequences, you will be immersed in a highly interactive experience.Return to Brussels at around 7PM (2h-drive from Bastogne).
