What you can expect

  • A) Overview
Visit the Summer Palace in Beijing with pre-arranged entry and self-guided support. Choose either the standard entry ticket or the combo ticket, then explore at your own pace with an online English audio guide and an English PDF guidebook. This product is designed for independent travellers who want clear entry arrangements, flexible timing, and route guidance without joining a guided group.

    B) Why choose this

Get your ticket arranged in advance to bypass ticket-purchase lines (security and ID checks still required) and help avoid sellouts in busy periods

Explore independently with an online English audio guide and route-based guidance

Use the English PDF guidebook for maps, transport tips, photo spots, and visit planning

Choose between entry-only access or a combo ticket with additional sites inside the Summer Palace

Enter within the stated time window and stay in the park until closing time

    C) What to expect

Choose the option that fits your visit: entry ticket or combo ticket.

Receive two links before travel: one link for the Summer Palace e-ticket QR code and PDF guidebook, and one link for the online audio guide.

Arrive at the Summer Palace during the valid entry window for your selected option.

Enter the park using the separately sent ticket link, not the booking QR code.

Open the online English audio guide on your phone and follow the suggested routes while you explore.

Use the PDF guidebook for attraction notes, map support, transport suggestions, and photo stop ideas.

If you book the combo ticket, also visit the Hall of Buddhist Incense, the Garden of Virtue and Harmony, and the Summer Palace Museum, except on Mondays when these three sites are closed.

    D) Important notes

Entry ticket: enter any time from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; stay until the park closes at 8:00 PM.

Combo ticket: enter any time from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; stay until the park closes at 8:00 PM.

The Hall of Buddhist Incense, the Garden of Virtue and Harmony, and the Summer Palace Museum close at 5:00 PM.

The audio guide is an online link, not a downloadable file. Stable mobile internet is required during use.

The audio guide can only be used until 11:59 PM on the travel date.

On Mondays, the Hall of Buddhist Incense, the Garden of Virtue and Harmony, and the Summer Palace Museum are closed.

Headphones, live guide service, hotel pickup and drop-off, and personal expenses are not included.

    E) Summary

A practical Summer Palace ticket for independent visitors who want flexible entry, route support, and clear ticket-use instructions
