Next, explore the Temple of Heaven Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the traditional Chinese architecture and lush greenery, with over 320 plant species. Visit the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests and the Circular Mound Altar, and learn about their historical significance.

After a break for lunch, visit a traditional Chinese medicine clinic. Meet a senior doctor who will perform a pulse diagnosis, an ancient method that provides personalised health insights. Choose from treatments like Gua Sha, cupping, or moxibustion, balance your body's energy flow.
