The day begins with private transport departing from Gramado and Canela, ensuring comfort, safety and total peace of mind to enjoy every moment.
Early in the morning, at 10:00 a.m., the experience continues to Almaúnica Winery, a benchmark for wines with distinctive character and terroir. The guided tour reveals the behind-the-scenes aspects of production and the winery's philosophy, and culminates in a guided tasting, allowing you to understand the aromas, styles and distinctive features of each label.

Each dish is carefully paired with selected wines, highlighting local production and offering an immersion in the flavours of Serra Gaúcha.

To end the day, at 5:30 p.m., the setting turns into a moment of contemplation at the Hotel Spa do Vinho. The paired sunset experience invites you to toast the sunset with selected wines in a sophisticated setting with a vantage point, creating the perfect ending to the day.
