Making California Rolls You'll begin by learning how to make a California roll, a modern sushi style that's popular worldwide. 4. Creating Traditional Nigiri Sushi Next, you'll try your hand at making nigiri – the iconic style of sushi where hand-shaped rice is topped with slices of fresh fish or other toppings. Our staff will demonstrate the techniques and help you shape your own beautiful pieces.
