Our oil mill has chosen to participate in olive oil tourism because, today, tourists are increasingly interested in local businesses and want to get to know, up close, the producers who also protect the landscape through their sustainable practices. For this reason, and to allow visitors to experience the mill throughout the year, we have equipped ourselves with a state-of-the-art tasting room. Here, after a tour of the production area, we offer a guided tasting of our oils, followed by a bruschetta tasting accompanied by a charcuterie and cheese platter with wine pairings. Smell and taste are the main senses engaged during these gourmet experiences, which are designed to help guests understand the different types of oil, the differences in aroma and flavour, and how they can be used in cooking.
This type of experience is designed for small groups of friends, families, and couples.
